Thanks a lot for your reply.

However, my question remains unanswered. I was asking about that "something" that they use for prioritizing applicants (i.e. sorting them based on certain criteria) which allows them to process only first and second priority applicants.

Maybe it becomes more clear if we documented the history of NBPNP applicants from this forum into a spreadsheet like what other PNP applicants do.

Hi Travelling_Bird. Please refer to page 1 for the NBPNP spreadsheet. Applicants must be under First Priority (with connections) or Second Priority (attended an information session) to qualify for NBPNP.

http://welcomenb.ca/content/wel-bien/en/immigrating_and_settling/how_to_immigrate/new_brunswick_provincialnomineeprogram/New_Brunswick_express_entry/EligibilityRequirements.html

Also, besides qualifying to first or second priority, applicants must be under their demand NOCs. Your NOC is under their demand NBs high demand occupation but are you under first or second priority? If yes, then maybe you can call them to follow up on your May application or wait for an invitation on your October application which will take 2-3 weeks for the result.

Thank you.

Hello Sanjeev,
Isn't below criteria applicable for EOI?

The NBPNP is only accepting expression of interest (EOI) forms from individuals who demonstrate that they have:

1. a connection to New Brunswick as described below or

2. attended a NBPNP information session in the past two years (no more than two years
prior to the submission of an EOI)

Hi PJ1220.

Thank you for your reply.

However, I was not seeking the formal information that is available on their website or in their auto-reply message. I was seeking the experience on the ground from the forum members. And this is why I suggested making a spreadsheet for tracking the applicants from the forum. But it seems it does not ring a bell.

As per their website, I don't fall into either of the two categories/priorities. However, I did notice some members in this forum that are like me. Nevertheless, they not only sent applications outside the windows of 1:15 of every month, but also they got an AOR (and maybe nomination). Correct me if I am wrong.

I do believe that efforts are necessary in order to reach goals and at the end, we are all here in order to make a common added value.

My best wishes ...

Travelling_Bird, the spreadsheet for NBPNP is in page 1 but here is the link for your easy reference: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11gEvadhjzshd1jH5aPb3a9yMNIEqJY2_sMs0HLhM_fM/edit#gid=2119575518

Some applicants here, a few of them, received ITA, AOR, and yes, nomination that does not fall neither first nor second priority but they were the ones who applied in May-June. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Guys, this is serious, i just received an initial invitation to apply from another province, not from CIC.
the problem is that i wrote in my NB Labour Market Stream Information Form that i am not applicable to any PNP, and my question is what should i do??
I did not lie, it just i thought having an application means being under process!
Should i tell NB or i just ignore the new invitation?
for the records, the only way to decline the invitation is to not send your application within the 60 days’ time limit.
please help :(

immi_bird,
in my point of view you haven't another application (till the moment they will receive your documents). So at the moment you are ok with NB.

EOI sent july 29th, Invitation to apply for PNP:aug 20th; docs submitted at pnp office:sep 16th, AOR: sept 17th; missing docs request:oct 6th; missing docs submitted: oct 7th; waiting on next update.... :)

Hello people, I am new on this forum I want to know if the NBSW PNP is still open and if i can get the link please. Thanks.

the transcript and the completion degree are not mentioned in the check list.
would anyone please reminds me where is it written in the application guide or in any place in NB web sire that we should send any paper other than mentioned in the check list?

I have a question if some one can please answer

Though I do want to settle in New brunswick but if i do not get job in lets say an year or so after P.R , Can i apply to some other province to find a job. its just that ive heard the job scenario is very bad in NB.
Can some one please tell regarding the first form of express entry in the declaration it says "If you get P.R it will identify NB as a province of destination" does that means we can not move in what so ever condition?

In ExpressEntryGuide --> Link: http://www.welcomenb.ca/content/dam/bitp/pdf/ExpressEntryGuide-E.pdf

Under 'Eligibility Requirements'

2. Education
You must have, at a minimum, a secondary school graduation certificate, secondary school diploma or high school
equivalency certificate. You must submit either: 1) a Canadian credential; or 2) a foreign educational credential and
an equivalency assessment from a designated body.

I would get 'a foreign educational credential' including both Degree & Academic Transcripts.

Hope this helps.
