Maybe it becomes more clear if we documented the history of NBPNP applicants from this forum into a spreadsheet like what other PNP applicants do.

Also, besides qualifying to first or second priority, applicants must be under their demand NOCs. Your NOC is under their demand NBs high demand occupation but are you under first or second priority? If yes, then maybe you can call them to follow up on your May application or wait for an invitation on your October application which will take 2-3 weeks for the result.
