Thanks a lot ! it will help a lot. another thing is that in the Declaration of commitment form can my wife sign as a witness ? or someone else have to sigh on that area ? same question goes to "Consent form for Skilled worker " form. if my wife is not allowed to sign as a witness then who else that could be ?

Another thing is do i have to explain my net worth source ? Me and my wife both work for last 3 years. so do we have to provide our salary statement as well as source of income ?

Thats strange. depends on the officer handling the files. I think you should also a detailed letter of explanation to them about everything.
whats ur NOC? did u attend any info session? would you mind sharing your timeline?

I have account with needed amount 6+ months, it is clearly seen in documents. It is wired, I did not expect for such request. Fortunately I have documents to prove source of the finances.

Hi all,
I have received request for additional documents and want to share some info for those who will sent his documents after ITA:

• Sposes cannot act as a witness for each other. I have been asked to sign my and my spouse's forms again but with another person as a witness.
• I need to explain my finances source. Initially I sent a bank statement with term deposit as a proof of funds.
• Need to send new photos because requirements have changed.

I did the same mistake like you. now can you tell me who else can sigh as a witness in the form ? Me an my wife have the money as proof of fund but how can we prove that ? I got notification from officer's personal email, I don't think it is a good idea to post it here.
The letter says I need to correct two forms NBPNP-001 Declaration of Commitment and NBPNP-002 Consent form for skilled worker applicants.
Here is my timeline:
02.22 - EOI
04.29 - ITA
05.31 - AOR
NOC 2281

I wrote a letter to officer to clarify things. Will drop an update here after I got the reply.

That's even more surprising! Why an immigration officer send you email from his personal email ? Don't you think its a bit suspicious ? Moreover you didnt mention who else can be sing in those papers as witness ? Did the officer say anything on that ?

After NOC there should be EOI date, ITA date and AOR date.
Submission Date column is not needed.

It means that NB office has confirmed you with an email that they have received your documents.
