Can anyone give me any sample of "Personal Net Worth Statement " [ i need an example form which is filled ]. I am not sure if i can show jewelry as worth. For example if i want to show gold as net worth then what should i write in the Address field "Real Property Assets" ? Can anyone help me please ?

Hi lildip,

If you want to include gold, use other assets field, write description and enter invoice number and value bought. But they will not consider gold as part of your settlement funds, you can use it for Personal networth. You have to exclude your real property and gold value from the total funds and put it in the un emcumbered funds (first row of the form) for which you have to provide the proofs.

If you want to use gold value in the un emcumbered funds, you have to sell it off and show it in your account with valid proof of sale receipt and invoice.

Hope I have clarified. Seniors are welcome for corrections if any.

You have to send an e-mail to promotions@gnb.ca with your IELTS results, Profession and Resume requesting for authorization to attend the information session.

I have received request for additional documents and want to share some info for those who will sent his documents after ITA:

• Sposes cannot act as a witness for each other. I have been asked to sign my and my spouse's forms again but with another person as a witness.
• I need to explain my finances source. Initially I sent a bank statement with term deposit as a proof of funds.
• Need to send new photos because requirements have changed.

I have account with needed amount 6+ months, it is clearly seen in documents. It is wired, I did not expect for such request. Fortunately I have documents to prove source of the finances.
