I sent the PCC scans copy to that email so was just curious if they even look at the emails because I just got a generic response

They do check on daily basis. If it is to submit something, they will accept it.

Whenever I submitted something via email, they update it on my application but never sent a response to confirm receiption. For other update request or asking a question, they usually respond within a day or maximum a week.

Made a request to MP for status update, and learned that my spouse's application has been finalized since May 17. They are currently completing security checks, any idea how long that could be.

Back in April, we requested medical extension and they responded within two weeks.
