Yes she has Somali passport. We actually went to the CID in Nairobi before we sent the application for PC but the officer said they don't give PC to Somali Passport holder. I thought only refugees could get PC from RAS so we just added request for PC form to the application.
If She registered with RAS try your luck. To register with RAS now are whole another issues

Lawyer got involve Hopeful He’ll respond soon, very small chance of wining but I also I know some other applicants who was refused for same issue.

Great for using a lawyer. If he/she can draft a strong response with legitimate reason(s), office will accept and move on with your application. Like you said, Kenya is known for fraudulent documents or shady documents even from the government officials. They should know this very well since they operate in the country.

Really hope you pass through this hiccup.

Don't see any recent posts about spousal sponsorships through the Nairobi visa office. My Ethiopian spouse's application just was sent there today, and am a little sad it didn't go to Mississauga. Looking through the tracker for 2019/2020, not too many of us on here... Notice we seem to have a bigger lag between biometrics and medical assessments than anywhere else?

We had a 3 1/2 months after biometrics to medical. We had a decision made 2 months after medical. Our total process was just over 8 months.
