Thank you gashe4peace;
Are you sure you tried all options in ECAS like E00..or B00 and UCI:89.. ?
and most importantly your country of Birth in the last should be your nationality not the VO if they are not similar.
I think you have received your PER and can you write a case specific inquiry to CIC Canada not Nairobi about the matter? They helped me so much even after PER?
Let me know your decisions.
hi ntaye
Glad to hear soon.yes i fill all in several times but it's for me un answered. i don't think it's necessary to request NS in Canada after 1st AoR. Do you think seriously? By the way RU out of Ethiopia? may be this kind of problem exist only here. Please i wish to know if it's happen only 4 my case.

No!I am not currently in Ethiopia.
I can tell you seriously if you contact CIC in Canada the will point out your problem and tell you even the status of your file in Nairobi.I have sent them Four times a case specific inquiry and they helped me with my requests.Even if your file is out from CIC,Canada the office still tracks your application. That is what my best advise for you.

Good luck

Hi guys.

Am happy to join you here.I got admission to trinity western university in B.C.

I shall submit my application to the embassy this week.

Atleast i shall have people to share with.

May we all succeed

It's good to see some Nairobi applicants on the forum!

Ntaye, congratulations on receiving your medical request!

I applied in May 08, local VO started processing in September 2009! I thought that I would have got my medicals by now but Lord knows what is going on in the Nairobi VO! I have read elsewhere on the forum that London VO will take up to 2 years to process applications received between Feb 08 and June 10! I hope that is not the case for Nairobi VO, it has already been 3 years since I applied! I only just decided to utilize the Specific Case Enquiry, not really expecting to hear something from CIC soon!

Hope we start to hear some good news soon!

Dear all, so nice to see a thread for the Nbi VO. Though it would be even nicer to see some pre-Feb 2008 visa applicants. I submitted my application in Nov 2006 and received a letter in Feb '07 saying they started processing my application in Jan '07 (not really sure which date my AOR is). I was to hear back after 24 months but have heard nothing since then. Beginning to think they have shredded pre-'08 applications.

Any one aware of any processing occurring on pre-'08 federal skilled applications? Desperate for any news

Dear All,

If you are applicants of pre June 26, 2010, I advise you to re-apply, otherwise your application might take more months to review. This is what other forum members doing, running parallel old and new applications. With the new application they are getting medical requests by this time, and some are getting visas as well. But check first your occupation is on the current list or the new list to be set on July 1, 2011. CIO is giving prioirty to new applicants from June 26, 2010 and claiming to give visa with in a maximum of a year.

Regards,

Dear Ntaye,

May I know how you get your MR+RPRF+PPR ? Is it through normal post or courrier like DHL ?
