Nairobi visa office applicant !

Unfortunately reapplying under the new NOC codes is not possible for me as I fell under the Financial Manager (1111) NOC category. No option other than to sit and wait it out, I pray that my medicals come through this year, the wait has been long enough though I imagine it must be much more frustrating for someone like amo who applied in 07!

Thank you for your response, i just wanted to know how nairobi is working. As for my e-cas, there is no any change so far. But the good news is that they replied to my general inquiry i sent them. They said my file is with them pending for review, and they said they would contact me after review on how to proceed for the next step. But, the funny part is that they said they received my file the day CIO claimed to receive my file.

My medicals went so good.I am hoping it will reach them coming week.

Am wondering what shall be the case of people like us.I will personally drop my application this Thursday( 09/06/2011.)

How long does it take to get medical request and finally the visa.Am currently in Kisumu.Coming to nairobi this new week.

in my case the remaining things is to call VO by telephone. they can't even send me a message for my inquiry after waiting 5 months for confirmation. if they receive my appl package or no.
i don't know what to do.

Send an e-mail through the general inquiry(nrobi-im-inquiry@international.ga.ca) and im sure they will reply to you with in a week or two. They ignored my many case specific inquiry and tried the general one and got a reply .

Those post June applicant have already got MR but ours' still waiting even confirmation. i think we have 2 wait min.2 year 4 decision. In all God will. yes i send twice via case inquiry and General .only auto reply said as usual promise to me after 28 working days i will got answer. the remaining option only contact them by telephone, keep quite and pray to God!

No, im still waiting for it. They just confirmed me that my file is with them.

Don't lose hope and give them sometime and e-mail them.

If your ECAS says in process so the processing of your file has begun and I think your medical will be dispatched after two days from NVO.
What is in the detail of "In process" saying by the way?Any line added?
