We received your application for permanent residence on May 15, 2008.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 10, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Any input regarding this?

Hello schmeichel;
This must be a mistake in the computer system.Just get calm and wait until the error is corrected.
My point is you can never get a decision made before MR.
Do you get any telphone interview inbetween by the way from NVO??

I have not received any phone calls, I am aware of other applicants who have got the same message on their E Cas but have not received any correspondence yet. One thing is for sure, this is a bit nerve wracking!

No! it should be mistake on their electronic system.people in others' room also experienced and none of them are not nervous!! so be cool and pray to God!! How it will happened after such long waiting??

The reason why I am worried is that when you have a Decision Made before the medical forms are issued, it is supposedly a rejection! Nairobi VO started processing in September 2009 so it's been more than two years! They are other applicants on the forum who are also in the same situation but they have not heard back from their VOs!

Dear don't worry much, it must have been an error on computer system. Once you have already" in process", there is no way your application can be rejected.

Today, I found my ECAS changed to "in process"(14 months after AOR.)
Hope it will go on smoothly.

My time line were:

NOC: Accountant/Auditor(1111)
Recd Application: 03.09.09
Reviewed: 16.11.09
Transferred to NVO Office: 24.11.09
Submitted complete Docs: 26.05.10
Recd by Visa Office(AOR): 10.6.10

Hope similar changes occur to other friends as well in the long waiting list.
