Final review, means they are just looking over your app for the last time. You should get some good news in the next few weeks too. Hopefully in August. All the best.

Congratulations

At least you heard something and you know that you are close to the finish line.

I have not yet heard from them except a response from my email that the file is with the visa officer for review.

Its becoming very frustrating now.

Hello,

SO, the undertaking is a promise to provide financial support for your spouse or common-law partner’s basic requirements and those of his or her dependent children. 36 months is the duration you are OBLIGATED to provide financial support for your spouse.

Security and criminality usually take the longest to process. In addition to the police certificate you submitted, they also do additional checks in the countries you have lived in.

The date is an internal due date to your application/ to a specific check. This doesn't necessarily mean you will get your PR on that date. Your application may be processed much faster than that.

Have you gotten an interview date yet?

Thank you AMW very helpful info , no interview date is set yet

AWM ,but I have received email back a week ago states that my file review was done , was that include security and criminality ? Thanks again

not sure. you would have to ask them.
also, GCMS notes reflect your status at the time you applied for them (a month ago) they are not current.
verify with them via email to get up to date information on your status.

Normally understaking is 2 years( for the ones who are supposed to pass through it).Given that some people have been doing mariage for just getting in Canada, and once here they use to divorce, Immigration decided to put the 2 years mandatory.known as undertaking period.in that period you should continue to live together as spouses,or commonlaw partners and if you divorce for example in that period, the residence of sponsored person is nullified.I don't know really why they wrote 36 months.or maybe they include one year you will have to wait until your process is done.I have no Idea.
by that time you applied for notes your security check was not yet done.
Your spouse had passed medical step.meaning she has no health issue that can be a threat to the nation as from the results you submitted.

Security1 and Criminarity 1 refer to whether she has criminarity history also about being a threat to the nation in terms of security, however I do not know how they grade this like 1 I do not know what it meeans.

Obviously it's logic. that you got the email saying that your file was done for review, because these notes were of a few weeks earlier(when they were still reviewing your file).
I believe you should have a PPR soon. however, given of the due date in the file(January/2016). maybe they might also make your file wait more few months .you know these things have no formula.only immigration knows.I saw some people for Nairobi getting done in 6 months others in 8 others 1 year.

All the ebst my brother. we are all waiting as well.

Thanks alot Lonley , my wife has to do interview that's y maybe .... As they stared on email reply "" the review of file is done and interview is required but date not set "

Aah, okay I see.otherwise most of the case that email of final review comes with PPR, I was wondering why it wasn't in your case, but now have got the answer.if your relatrionship is genuine and that your wife will be able to answer their questionin a way that proves and convince, for sure it should be okay for you. all the best.

The Coding Kit, is the official list of codes used by CIC in the processing of CAIPS/GCMS files.

The notes entered in the CAIPS/GCMS system by an Immigration officer are in English (may be in French for Quebec immigrants), easy to understand and provide very useful information. However some of the codes used within the CAIPS/GCMS file may be difficult to interpret.

The Coding Kit provides assistance in the interpretation of the file in these circumstances.
