I submitted my medicals that were done in September. Hopefully those medicals suffice.

Awm sorry i was talking about my wife medical that wasn't done wen application submitted how ever she sent them 2 weeks ago with out their request

You've done your part. You should be hear something soon then. Perhaps checking your Ecas in a few weeks to see medicals received.

How long does it usually take them to receive the medical exam?

The only way of knowing is using a courier service and getting a tracking number for the items that they requested.
I am not sure of the actual processing of the medicals, but the passport is usually returned after about 4-6 weeks from what I have seen.

Meena As Awm said depend on the carrier ! to give u an idea VO received the e-medical information sheet in 3 days ( DHL ethiopia ) but Iom told my wife they will upload The result in 2 weeks as they have to wait for X- ray result ..

It looks like Nairobi visa office is moving so slow , no word since Jan .... still wondering how long will it take to process my application ? just it says '' Application received '' on my e cas never changed , my Wife submitted medical information sheet 2 weeks ago does anyone knows what is going on ? or same as my case ? explain

Hey,sorry for late reply but I believe you have gotten your SA already. Just seen your msg and I checked the processing times. They are past Feb 9th already.

Hello Awmf, Falmaata and all!!

How is everyone doing? Sorry i've been so busy with exams at school and work. Just finished my exams!!!hoof.
Hope you guys have been doing well over here.
Awmf, am surprised, they haven't said anything to you yet! that sucks but let's have patience, hope you get sorted soon.
I got my SA late last month, the letter said that they have transferred the file to Nairobi.

However, It's been a month since I got SA but ecas status isn't saying that my file has been transferred to Nairobi yet( though SA letter said that they transferred it already)
Also, when does ecas status update to medical received? my spouse did her medical upfront but it's still not showing up on the ecas status.
Can anyone please share your experience on this?

Falmaata, did you say you received your AOR on February 1st? Am assuming you got a letter via email right? Did they send you a hard copy of the letter to your mail? They haven't sent me mail yet( not a big deal anyway)
If you did get AOR/SA around Feb 1st, is your ecas status showing that your file has been transferred to Nairobi? Is it showing medical received?
