Hi dear,
i am 5th may applicant having e-cas status RBVO-(newdelhi) 28sept,1stAOR---18NOV ,2nd AOR
.looking to the superfast speed of postjune 26 applicants processing by newdelhi visa office , i decided to reapply at end of april2010 in same NOC category 3111 which will never reach upto1000 cap even after june2011.
My question is should i mention in my background declaration of my previous application?should i withdraw previous oneafter getting my PER? will i get refund back of RPRF and processing fees? i will give another IELTS on 2 april 2011 since british council cant give originals.
PLEASE REPLY.
Thanking you.

sorry typoerror its april2011.

if i will send CIO new application at 20 april 2011 they will recive by 30 april 2011 and i will get PER in 90 days means by julyend afterthat files transferred to newdelhi visaoffice immediately in one week and immediate processing since i will fall in 1000 cap so they must issue this fixed visa quota for postjune26 applicants in this year only .my old application will never be processed so fast this year because of long waiting list ahead

...LOL
It is not that simple as you are thinking. That way many people may even apply by May end to get the thing completed by June 2011 ....... ;D
One may get PER within 60 days (with time line reducing). Then take around 60 days for MR/RPRF/PPR ....... So honestly it should not take more than 6 months for the last quarter batch (Applying in Apr-June) to get the Visa.
The catch is - CIO should not come up with some new policy and the applicants get the same treatment like their predecessors ..... and indefinite waiting.

So dear Sadhika .... be careful of all these permutations and combinations. Don't forget the amount you have already spent + new expenses + IELTS + uncertainty + further tension.

You need not have to withdraw you previous application (NOW) ... but later you have to do it ..... Remember that you are not eligible for any refunds, except RPRF (that you paid in advance)

Hope my views helped ........ Cheers, Anil

Dear Positive

It's usually by DD / BD. The question arises whether to pay in INR or CAD. Many have got an opinion to pay in local currency (here INR / Rs)... basically to save on ever changing exchange rates.

The other part - BC will be done on the contact nos. that one has provided along with their application. It is possible that they may call to one's office, on landline, to see if the person is physically present (& working... ???) Questions mostly in English (may be to establish one's IELTS result ;)) ..... questions will be general, related to what one has filled in their application.

Cheers, Anil
