I have a bachelor degree in Urban Planning and 2 other master degrees. But what I have worked for last 4 years was graphic designing. In NOC 5241 Graphic designer and illustrator has employment requirements and also when you want to apply for Express Entry, it asks you when have become first qualified to practice in this occupation. I am really confused if it is accepted to apply with following conditions. Please help me if you have any similar experience !

For Express Entry, it doesn’t matter. If applying to SINP (Saskatchewan), it does as your work experience must match your education.
Having studied accounting, I have worked in Admin, Business Consultancy, Payroll, Accounting and Tax. How should I go about choosing my NOC? any suggestions?
Your job responsibilities in your employment letter match your NOC. So go into the NOC database and search by key terms not titles.
