Fathertee,

The IELTS Exams cost about N15,000 (I'm no longer sure of exact amount but i can check and get back to you later) payable in bank draft. As for preparation I bought the practice materials that includes a CD for an additional N4,000.

To all my 9ja people,

Is there anyone out there that applied btw Jan - Jun 2002 and was recently informed by CHC Accra to update their documents before the end of Oct 2006? Please let's share notes to know what's actually goin' on as per this PR stuff

Cheers to you all.

i'm from guyana. next year i will be completing my GCE A levels. i have extremely good command of english. ( and just use it when i HAVE to :p) and basic french skills.

I am going to the highest recognised school in the caribbean since i started my secondary education. i am doing pure math with mechanics, physics, and further math with further mechanics. i also did some Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Exams: Communication Studies and Info. Tech.
I am expecting to do quite well in all of them, either A;s or B;s

I did the Caribbean General Profiency Exams.

Maths- A with Distinction
English Language- A with Distinction
Electronic Document Preparationa and Management- A
Physics- B
Biology- B
Geography- B
Human Biology- B
Infor tech.(programming)- B
Chemistry- C
Spanish- C

i also have A+ and Networking+ Comptia Certificates. and 2 months working experience lol

I am 17 years old and want to go to Canada for college. i dont come from a wealthy family so i am thinking of taking a student loan to pay my tuition but if i go with a student loan, then i would need to return to my country after i am done and it is verry hard to repay a loan of that magnitude in my country. so i would like to remain in canada or get a permanent resident visa or something of the sort.

i would also liek to work a year before i go to college for personal reasons.

i have slightly distant relatives(great uncles, etc) that are doing quite good. e.g one of my uncles is a successful realtor but we arent too close.

Please help me. i would like to be over there by next year end or early 2009.

PS i am prepared to both legal and illegal stuff.. no offence to you patriots

@ the_lovemonke,

you will need to try other threads. this is for naija people only. i am sure you will get help elsewhere especially on the illegal ways to Canada.

the_lovemonkey,

Check other areas for illegal ways to enter Canada. As Tito has said this is a forum strictly for Nigerians though we welcome other ideas from well mannered people about legal ways and means of emmigrating to Canada. You mentioned that you are prepared to try other illegal means as well, with all due respect to you since you are from Guyana then you can also float your own country thread and your compatriots will advise you on the illegal ways of entering Canada since that seems to be your priority, here we follow the rules as you can see from reasonable feedbacks from good Nigerians here!
