My FSWP 2013 will be returned

According to the above topic, I think that my application will be returned when it may get to CIC office tomorrow because I kept blank in visa office requested. Since I used validate to make sure if the form complete or not, I thought that visa office requested is optional. But the above topic said my fate (

Why you learnt that? Do you know anybody got accepted as my case? I read from many forums and learnt that they will return my application.

Do you think it is good to call them and ask them to decide while my application will get to their office tomorrow?

Also, last year, when you submitted your application, did you need to fill out that form in computer to have bar code and validate it? I am just wondering why I could validate the form as finished.

Why don't you call your courier company and ask them to return the package? At the sane time put tgt a new package and send them.

Keeping visa office field as blank will return the application

If u r in shoe of Immigration admin and u get this type of application, what u would do ?

While validating, u didn't get any error to validate again or to fill the missing field

Validating is just a precaution step to make sure you are not missing MOST of the information. According to the guide IMM7000 you can even fill in the form manually (but of course it will cause a delay in processing your application). The bar codes are there to facilitate VO the manual work of keying in all your details. Therefore even if you already validated the form you can still print it out and fill in some missing blanks. For example: in my country the national ID has no expiry date, so of course I cannot pick any expiry date if I fill in the form online. I had to print it out and write down a small note of "no expiry date" on it.

I'd suggest you collect a new set of forms and documents to send again and call up your delivery provider to ask them to return the old application kit. You know, better late than never you still can have some hope.

I have requested DHL hold on my shipment which is currently in NS already. I am planning to send the corrected generic form tomorrow and I request DHL to deliver together (they said that they are not sure because of different waybill but they can deliver on the same time.

My question: is it possible to apply my application in two separate packages like that?

thats a good idea......ask DHL to get back to you all documents in 1 or day (no matter if you have to pay extra little bit)

send that again on urgent basis

I have requested DHL hold on my shipment which is currently in NS already. I am planning to send the corrected generic form tomorrow and I request DHL to deliver together (they said that they are not sure because of different waybill but they can deliver on the same time.

My question: is it possible to apply my application in two separate packages like that?

act immediately to get ur docs back from DHL......try to get anyhow

You meant that once we receive our application back, we submit it again? I am thinking to send our generic form in separate package (with cover letter explaining my situation) but will be delivered with my application. Is it ok when they receive two different package?

I don't think that will work. They receive thousands of pieces of mail and it's unlikely they will be able to match the two.

It would be best to get your original application back and then resubmit it with the complete form.

I remember back in the day when one had to go through Nova Scotia first to be pre approved, I forgot to put down my credit card number. So they sent everything back to me and I resent the whole package back to them the same day. Not sure how it is today..

application should reach CIC in one package, IO will not bother to collect application sent in parts... about selecting the VO in the form, from our side we should never take any chance...
