It's bad luck for us this time. Although we have asked DHL to hold on my package, I just tracked my shipment and the status is "with delivery courier". So maybe CIO got it today. So my case is closed today, on 10 May, after many troubles with WES, I killed my application by just only one stupid thing! ;(

It's bed time in our country. Only request from departure is available. DHL here already sent request to DHL NS, however...

Now, we can not do anything because my package is in postman's hands.

I called and they confirmed request. But it did not work. That may be called "fate", right?

i agree with u dear, can u tell me whether it is delivered or still to be delivered ?

You can try till it is finally delivered. Don't loose hopes who knows when it click

I just call DHL Canada. They confirmed that they will not deliver my package but to get it back, it takes time because it need clearance and other things to return a shipment. It is bad luck to me because tomorrow is Saturday in our country, DHL will not work. I have to wait until Monday, 13 May to continue return processing.

I ask British council here and they confirmed that they can issue another IELTS certificate for me but they require me to prepare my application then they can send my application with my IELTS certificate to CIC Canada. I can do it on Monday. But the sender here is British council, is it ok?

Do you think which option is best? Waiting for my package back and send it again or send another application? My sent application has a lot of proofs for my working experiences and original LoR while what I have in hands now is scan of LoR.

I have here, of course, LoRs original (only one company is not original, others are all original because I usually asked two copies), police certificate, ECA (WES sent two times for me ). Do you think that's enough?

Since DHL is not sure when it may return back, I think I should submit another application.

In my country, you can get 2 PCC for each application. I am still considering which one is best since I am a little afraid of making mistake one more time

If I had a friend, I could change the name of receiver, and would ask him to write by hand visa office. It might take only one day. But I have not any friend in NS
