I did my up front medical on the 15th this month. Yesterday I received a letter from CIC stating: "...further medical tests are needed in order to reach a decision". I was also informed with the same letter that details have been sent to my eMedical file and I should go back to my panel physician. I have 90 days to comply.
Called my DMP and talked to one of the assistants there. She said she never heard of this before. She accessed my file and told me I have to go there this Thursday with the letter from CIC cause the doctor doesn't know what tests I'm missing. She also said that I should go see my family doctor
I tried to explain that in the letter I got, CIC doesn't mention about what tests I need to do, just that they sent the details to my eMedical file.
Now I'm worried. First of all, why do they need further testing? Secondly, how come my DMP is clueless about this? Will it create problems for me and my application?
Any advice or thoughts on this are highly appreciated.
