My background check wentt from in progress to not needed at this time

Congrats! Same, two days ago went back in progress. But didn't recieve email about it. Yesterday got a email and there was nothing. Today ready for visa. We are in Federal Skilled trade and guess we have been lucky because that is a category everyone waits for 6 months or longer.

You receive application update email "ghost email" next day. So you got the ghost email for the change that was made previous day you checked you application and found the change in it..

Hi Guys,

Quick question ! I just received my notes, which I ordered a month ago. My notes say that my 11.2 Assessment is met. Any ideas what this means and what happens after this step ??

Notes also show that my file has been transferred from the Centralized Intake Office to CPC-Ottawa due to work load redistribution. Overall, Eligibility is met, criminality passed, medical passed and security is not started. I also noticed that my R10 is OK.

General details:

Inland FSW Applicant:

AOR 6th Nov 2015.
Medical passed 19th Nov 2015
Background check "in progress" 19th nov 2015
Schedule A request 3rd December 2015 but after 15 minutes of the request I received another letter saying that the request was sent in error. I still submitted a new Schedule A. Also, on this date my Background check went to " not needed at this time". It has not changed since then. I applied for my notes on December 14th 2015 and the date they were generated is December 16th 2015.

Any response regarding 11.2 Assessment and CIC procedures after 11.2 Assessment would greatly be appreciated.

Hi Guys, please see the post above from APL in FSW Inland thread. Seems like files are being moved to different office hence the "not needed.." status. if we can get a few more similar notes then we can confirm this!

u can order the GCMS notes from the above link... usually takes 30 days to get the notes

To my knowledge she applied on Dec 16th .... So it is 30 days from the date she ordered... she might get the notes any day in the next week

I think it's an another system glitch. For last two weeks I got 8 emails from CIC. My BG check changed 4 times. My medical changed 3 times. Today I received one more ghost update from CIC.

It's impossible to know what's going on in CIC's system. Relax and wait.
