Must we do Certificat de Sélection du Québec ?

I live in BC and am sponsoring my spouse to come here. On his General Application, question 7, it asks if we have it or not, and if not, when we're getting it. Is this something we need to have or can we write N/A?

You only need the certificate if you are resident in Quebec or bringing your spouse to Quebec. Otherwise, no need, and just leave it blank.

Actually when the OP selects BC in #6 it grays out #7 and it then #7 can't be filled.
