I confused the 'given' Name field to mean only one name so I entered my surname and first given name and this was uploaded to my online application. My travel documents and all other documents carry my three names. I wrote a letter of explanation while submitting my full application, please I want to confirm if this will suffice.

This is not true, its working for SWO as well.
every Draw u will find SWO and the min. score for it.
however, it is how you will obtain the score needed to get LAA is another issue.

Me and my partner both received LAA. So, that is not true. Amr1981 is correct. You need to have high score and close connection in Manitoba if you're outside Canada.
