There also appears to be more enforcement of ROs than there has been especially since Covid. Don’t have hard data to back this up but anecdotally there does seem to have been a shift from minimal enforcement to some enforcement.

Does PRTD document has an expiry or is it valid only for a few days?

The Government has said in the past that public should have faith in the integrity of the immigration system .

  1. What is the processing time?
  2. What documents should I expect to receive for PRTD? Should I send the passport Visa stamp approval?

1. Depends very, very much on whether the applicant is in compliance with the residency obligation or not. And to a lesser degree, the office.
2. If approved, you'll submit passport according to local visa office procedure (almost always by submitting through visa application centres.)

I do not think there is a requirement of a Photo for PRTD. Can someone please confirm as the same document is used for PR card renewal?
