I don't know about the above yet. I am just waiting to get mine stamped and let you know what I receive.

If anyone else has already received, please shed some light on it.

As far as I'm aware, they're all multi-entry; I think most are six months or longer, but less certain about that.

Thanks; i was not clear sorry. I said once the PRTD was approved, what was the length of the visa stamp? 6 months? multi entry?

It's up to IRCC. Many get multiple entry but others only single. Sometimes the validity is as short as six months.

It’s really dependent on the profile and also what was said in the application. If it is for H&C more likely to be single entry which makes sense because the goal is to be prepared to return and live in Canada permanently. Like most things with IRCC there is a lot of variability.

I know of course that they can be - but that type of source doesn't tell us what they actually do, IMO.

My question is whether we're seeing any single-entry issued in practice.

I have. There have been at least a few PRTDs under H&C recently that were single entry and of limited duration (6 months). I have no data to back this up but based on threads here it feels like this is much more common when H&C is involved. I don't recall seeing any non H&C that were single entry recently.
