Dear friend first of all read their website and secondly you can always apply even if you have relatives but you have to prove that you have stronger ties in Manitoba and have genuine intentions to live and work there. I have seen elsewhere here that people got their applications rejected because they had relative in other provinces and could not satisfy the MPNP that they will work and live in Manitoba. And I think it is fair enough that they accept us for immigration on the condition that we would live and work there. We should honestly decide what is our intended destination in Canada (i.e Manitoba) and apply; otherwise it will be waste of time and resources.ericksonmendoza06251987 said:HELLO, i would like to ask some questions: Waht if my relative is in Vancouver canada can i apply in Manitoba Provincial Nominee?TIA in What StreaM?

You were not able to demonstrate that your ties to Manitoba are stronger than the ties you have to the
Province of Alberta which you visited in the past, indicated as the destination for your previous permanent resident application and where your in laws and your son are currently residing.
What is the success rate of appeal in such cases. Whether I should go for that or not. If so, whether I should move through immigration lawyer or on my own. Please advise.
