Hi, Paulo, ang dami kong tawa...Magulo talaga kasi...Kasi di ba nauna ung MR ko thru postmail. Nung okey na ung email add ko..saka ko pa lang narecib ung AOR plus additional docs at RPRF request...Bale August 10, sa email...palitan mo na lng ung AOR-VO ng Aug 10...Mali kasi ung email na gice ko...

hi poxy, I had the same situation as yours, wrong province but their letter reached me cuz our Post Office sorts letters thru zip code which is fortunately correct but you should inform them cause, the wrong Address will reflect on all your coming forms like Medical request. Click the link below...

Ghelai, I have my Medical done pero wala pa kaming RPRF request for payment...Mali kasi ung e-mail add namin e..Pero I have informed the CIC also, and gave the correct e-mail sa St. Luke's where we had our medicals done...Sana ipadala na lang thru snail mail... :( :(
