When did you pass your application? did you receive an AOR already?
I already emailed the program but they have the most vague answer. They just told me that they MIGHT ask for an IELTS.
For settlement funds. They just quote the section that says if my brother can't meet the required funds i can sign the MAS Part 2 but he still have to show some liquid funds in his name. No specific amount given.
I can't believe ganito na ka higpit ngayon. Di pa namn ako sobrang tagal dito. Before I already got my Visa in 11 mos time. No hassle whatsoever. Pera ko sa bank that time 12k pesos lang
Hi Bessy,
BETTER IF YOUR BROTHER WOULD TAKE THE EILTS EXAM.....In the case of my cousin, CANADA REALLY REQUIRED THEM TO TAKE.....
We're fortunate that in our time, they approved the Certificate from our University. Our plan before, take the EILTS if they told us to do so.
BUT, PAKUHANIN MO NA SYA HABANG MAAGA, NO HARM IN DOING SO. Kasi yung cousin ko nahuli sa sched, so hindi sya nakakuha ng Exam, so they are going to RE-APPLY ( and wait again ).
Here's out timeline:
Nov. 03, 2009 - application
Jan. 19, 2010 - AOR
April 19, 2010 - Submit additional docs
May 10, 2010 - They called our sponsor
June 07, 2010 - LOA
July 14, 2010 - Submit docs and payment to Makati Embassy ( CEM 1 )
Aug. 12, 2010 - AOR
Oct. 04, 2010 - Submit additional docs and RPRF payment to Makati Embassy ( CEM 2 )
NOW WE'RE WAITING FOR OUR MEDICAL REQUEST......
