congrats! take note ka sa sharing ni jammyung sa step by step procedures sa nationwide... importante madami kang dalang ballpen. kami kasi tatlo lang nadala ko. apat kaming mag fillup kaya ang tagal.

relax ka lang sa pag medical ha. baka tumaas BP mo kasi pag tumaas yan papa ecg ka pa.

4th week nirelease ng CEM ang MR ko - so batchmates, mukhang hindi lang 1st and 2nd week ang release nila ng MR's. ;D

hello guys! ;D was able to complete my medical check kanina sa Nationwide.

i would like to add additional pointers for those next in line na magpapamedical:

1. those with eyeglasses - please don't forget it in the office (katulad ko na kamuntik pa hindi natuloy kanina sa Nationwide dahil lang dun: for some unknown reason ayaw ako papasukin ng building admin sa office namin talaga naman tagpigil ako mang-away, magwala at umiyak kanina!)

2. "RECENT" ID picture - make sure it's not older than 6 months para hindi na ipaulit at wala nang hassle... di ako lumusot kasi napansin nila same yung picture ko sa passport at sa dala ko - eh may date issued ang passport! Hahaha!

3. doctor asks of history ng diabetes, kidney, reproductive problems, etc. if you have med/lab results for it, bring it with you. para di na mahirapan pagexplain.

4. kung Nationwide po ang napili nyong clinic ang cutoff time nila ng pagreceive ng examinee ay 3PM Mondays thru Fridays at 1PM on Saturdays. buzzer beater ako kanina kasi 12:35 ang clock-in ko sa reception. Ako yung last na examinee nila for the day. No clinic on Sundays.

sa mga galing ng south kung commute - mag taxi na lang kayo pagkababa ng ayala. walang 50php mula dun hanggang sa Zeta Bldg. May pangalan naman sa labas yung Zeta Bldg.

if you have no complicated medical history, the entire process is quick. weight, eye check, physical check (with chikka interview ng doctor), blood extraction, urine sample then x-ray. 45mins tops uwian na. then pray na no feedback na from the clinic for retests and unacceptable results sa embassy.

sunud-sunod na notices na yan for sure this coming week guys!
