MPNP for Skilled Workers HELP!

Hello friends. I have brother in Manitoba who lives there about 1 year. On site of immigratemanitoba I have read that I can apply for MPNP for Skilled Workers Overseas if I have more 60 score. I have 72 score. Can i apply for this program or not? Thanks in advance for your reply

Just now I submitted my pre-application. Not sure How it works ! experts can comment about MPNP program.

But is it different than Manitoba Express Entry Pool? I don't need to have score about 500? 60 is enough

I m new to Canada immigration , can someone tell me whether it is neccessary to have job offer from a employer to have any chance .of immigating to Canada ?
