hello all frnds me also applicant of 2015 10th draw
my question is mpnp some Relaxation for those candidate whoes apply for outside winnipeg like in IELTS band , some application so week but they accept and some are strong but to much weight.
any idea ?

Hi Kksharma, Exploratory Visit is just one of the MPNP streams, so MPNP is still up and open!

What's your status at this point?

The MPNP – Skilled Worker category has now received a sufficient number of requests for Exploratory Visits to meet current operational requirements.

NOTE: ALL MPNP APPICATION STREAMS REMAIN OPEN (business and skilled worker categories) – to all those who meet eligibility requirements as demonstrated through the submission of an Expression of Interest.

Q1: How long MPNP will sent you LOA after they interviewed your sponsor? ---> In my case 13 days after the interview, the Nomination letter was issued but I received it in my email 9 days after. My full timeline can be seen below.
Q2: LOA is an email to your email address or hard copy to your home address ? ---> I got mine in my email & no hard copy was issued.

From 2015, mpnp maintains two pools for its candidates. one is for inland applicants and another is for out land applicants. they perform two draws at the same time from these pools. Now as an applicant, you have a scope of achieving 50 more points if you can prove that you are going to settle outside of Winnipeg. This is a strategy to encourage applicants to settle out side of Winnipeg, which may in future help those backward places (backward in comparison to Winnipeg, may be not that much backward in compare to the city you are living now) to develop. So there is nothing to worry about IELTS. you can get an invitation from MPNP with lower IELTS score and a proof that you are going to settle at Brandon (which gives you 50 points extra). Some one else may not get an invitation from MPNP with an higher IELTS score than yours. Because he has expressed an intention of living in Winnipeg (means no added points). Therefore, it is all about MPNP strategy to develop their cities in the long run. Hope it explains your confusion.

Hi YOMIGANIYU001, your score is at an average high, so no worries. As you can see, last draw was 548. With that as early as now, we can say that you will receive an LAA on the next draw! I believe you applied after jan 13, 2016, right?

Anyhow, good luck and keep praying!
