But what I am trying to say is that my supporter did not received any acknowledgement mail after submitting the spp2 for the past 2 weeks. He had sent a mail to them informing them (mpnp) about this and was told that his mail was received that he should not bother to send another mail but up till now no reply from them (mpnp) for receiving the spp2.

now i am planning to get married. if i update EOI, is it my application again comes under as frresh application and i have to go through whole process again like draw

Have you already submitted your full application to MPNP? In that case, you do not need to go through the full process from scratch. You need to notify MPNP about your updated marital status. And should also prepare the docs which MPNP will eventually ask for. like your marriage certificate, your spouse's passport, birth certificate, his/her education certificate, enhanced bank balance for family of two. For details, please try to go through this page again to check what docs are required for principal applicant's spouse.

I am one of first few users of the spreadsheet for 2015 applicants but havent checked it for a little while. I heard that it's locked for editing or something?

Well if someone who is a spreadsheet savvy or kind of an expert, please let us all know of your recommendations on how we shall improve our spreadsheet or database like the previous years.
