App complete : 29/10/2015

I applied via EOI, for the strategic initiative stream (explorary visit)

Can't wait to receive my LOA through email.

hi, to all those waiting for interview calls and all theres a update. I am january 2014 applicant, i got my call in july 2015. my case is with CIC now. a friend of mine applied in Mid Feb 2014, his sponcer got call 6 months ago and his work place was called yesterday from manitoba. but he didnt got any call or so. . . So, i guess they are clearing the files of feb now. Be positive and have patience.

Hi to Everyone, I was going through the checklist for the CIC application and I did not see Proof of Funds or Financial Statements. My question is do I need to add proof of funds or statement of accounts in my application.

Druce is right............any extra documentation just delays the application.

Hello all,

after a long while of not checking my online status as i was fed up of seeing 'Assessment Pending', i finally check it today and found it had changed to 'Assessment in process'. i feel more encouraged ;D

Hi Friends ,

Need some HELP . while filling out the CIC forms . In some forms it mentions that we need to fill it in English and in your native language . ( For example Arabic, Cyrillic,Chinese etc .)

Me being Indian . Shall I fill it in English and Hindi or can it be inly in English ( As English is our second official language & we mostly communicate in English )

I am talking about Additional Family Information Form and Background Declaration Form ( Point 2 )

You don't have to send you sponsor settlement plan part b if that is what you are referring to. You do need to include the LOA.

Read up on the above link, study it, make sure you understand it. If you have any questions not covered in the above guide or if you dont understand anything in the guide, feel free to ask.

You will read in the guide that you should NOT include any additional documents not requested by the CIC.

Hi

PCC is given from the age of 18. In all the countries you have lived in since the age of 18.Just one document that confirms that you have no endorsements (guilty offenses) on your record.

I'm sure it will be clear, so just chill about it. But apply now because some can countries take longer than others to provide this document.
