n_ami said:Hi, I applied on July 2014 and my status changed from 'received' to 'pending' .. As to myself, I am a graduate student at the University of Manitoba and am living more than 3 years here in Winnipeg ...
My sponsor moved to Toronto recently....In that case, can they still nominate me or not?...it would be great if someone here can enlighten me...
Also, does anyone have any idea how the sponsor is contacted : by phone or email?..Is there any way I can change/update the contact phone number of my sponsor..
Thanks

Yes, but let's join hands and pray for a faster processing this year!Harry Lau said:Hi guys:
Hereby some info for MPNP Application Batch 2013:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear All - view my TREND:
APPLICATION SUBMITTED : SEPTEMBER 2, 2013
STATUS : APPLICATION RECEIVED - SEPTEMBER 2, 2013
9 months after application
STATUS: ASSESSMENT PENDING - MAY 26, 2014
12 months after assessment pending and 1 year 8 months after application
STATUS : ASSESSMENT IN PROCESS - MAY 21, 2015
SPONSOR INTERVIEW - MAY 28, 2015 @ 9.45am & 3.50pm local time (To God be the Glory)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It seems like those who have changed to "Pending" need to wait for 1 year.
Let's pray for that! May the God be with us!
Everyone cheer up!
This is not the case with all applications. I have read of numerous applicants who had status change from pending to in process within 30 days. The processing times depends on whether you are in Canada or in another country, your self assessment score, your occupation, whether you are family stream or general stream, your IELTS score etc. Some 2014 applications have already received LOA. This is proof that it does not necessarily take a year from pending to in process, it varies on a case to case basis.Harry Lau said:Hi guys:

I am positive that my application will change status in this month of June 2015.
Each case that is completed is one case less for MPNP to assess and one step closer to our case being assessed. Keep on hoping and believe that our status will change in less that a year from pending to in process and it WILL
I suggest that you upload your application with you current result, the 6 overall score is sufficient. Retake the test to get a better score and submit this at a later stage.lovinmanitoba said:Hi to all .as I discussed here before that my ilets score is overall 6 ..and now I m in dilemma whether to clear the ilets exam again to score more so that my assesmnt score will raise and later i update my new ilets score..or is it enough for mpnp.
Dont worry my friend, all will be well that ends well. After doing the IELTS the second time, upload this document and also send a e-mail with your updated experience etc.lovinmanitoba said:Thanks Druce for replying..my assemnt score is69 with one year experience but now its 70 cos I exceed with one more year ..so I think my current experience is of 2 yrs..I m totalllyyyy in akward situation what to do....
