3 months bank statement or Bank Certificate?

Hi guys,

just want to ask which one i much better to submit,

A 3 months bank statement or a bank certificate.

Well, I just submit my application last August of 2013 with only a bank certificate. I just want to know if they will still need me to submit the a 3 months bank statement.

In my case, I placed the sticker beside my return address. With regards to LOA as per checklist you need to submit COPY but as per instruction of MPNP you need to past the Original and placed on top of your application package. I asked other thread regarding LOA whether i'll past or only the copy.. All the answer that i got was submit the original LOA and placed on top of the application package and also pass a copy of LOA and put according to the arrangement of documents stated in the CIC checklist.. so I past the Original LOA and a copy of the LOA... but i read some answers with regards to your question in this thread and they answered only copy... anyway its up to you whether you past the original or not. I'm just sharing my case.

Yes, it is quite confusing, because we received two instructions. I just followed CIC, end of the day, they will probably just separate the files and scan the documents we sent them for their own records. LoL

I have file my file through mpnp online appliaction in june 2013 and received confirmation of sp2 from embassy through mail on 29 june 2013. Still no interivew of my sponsor . So anyone there who in file had be filed in june and his sponsor got interviewed ?????

Yes, you are most likely to be asked to submit updated bank statement with transaction history before they issue LOA. Just be ready with that.

It's still early days ashwin. Sponsor interview is around 5-6 months after submission. Then your LOA arrives around a month after interview of sponsor.

Hi Ashwin...I also applied about the same time but still no news...they are taking 5-6 months...lets hope and wait.....i have applied through a friend....how about you?

Kindly provide intended occupation for principal and spouse.

Hi, same thing I did. Since I only have Time Deposit Bank Accounts (fixed deposit without transactions), the bank can't issue statements for that and only certification letter they can provide.

What's the best thing to do for this? Will they still ask me to provide a 3-month bank statement?

Intended occupation for principal is Executive Accounts System
For spouse :- as per demand

Sure you can! MPNP does not require you to have a job offer, unlike other provinces.

It really depends on the immigration officer who will handle your application. Some are lenient some are not. In my case, I was required to provide bank cert w/ transaction history, as additional docs. Good thing I had a passbook which I just gave them, did not provide statements though. If your certification reflects the date you had your deposit on the account, there shouldn't be a problem I believe. Let us wait for others who have submitted only bank cert to share their thoughts.

Hi Everyone...

Could you please advice me on below things considering General Stream of MPNP...

-As per new rules, I assume only 1 friend can be the sponsor? (unlike 2 friends required as per the old rules)
-MAS form is replaced by SP2 form..??
-When SP2 should be submitted?
-Is it mandatory that sponsor and applicant should have met before applying? (I'm asking because I have never met my sponsor before :-X)
-I assume there will only be the telephonic inquiry on sponsor and sponsor doesn't have to be there physically present for interview?
