Hi Znarfier,

I noticed that together with your MR and RPRF, you were asked for PCC again? Is this the police clearance cert/NBI clearance? Di po ba kasama na yun when you sent your application? why did they ask for it again? how do you resend it?

and what additional info did they request if you don't mind me asking. Thanks.

When I submitted my application package to CIC-CIO, I only submitted the PCC (Police Clearance Cert) from my country of residence together with the "proof" (i.e. Invoice) that I already applied for the other PCCs from the countries where I stayed for more than 6 months before, and that I am only waiting for its release.

So when I received the MR email, they mentioned in their email the PCCs which I havent submitted yet, including the NBI (Phil's PCC).

I used DHL to send the documents.

They requested the following ---- "Additional Info":

• Name and date of birth as they appear in your passport
• Passport number
• Passport expiry date
• Height (in cm)
• Eye colour


So far I didnt receive any email or update in my ECAS that the above documents/additional info were received by Canada House in London, the VO handling our application. But I have the Proof of Delivery from DHL.

Mga kababayan, I need your help.
Last December, our status changed to Assessment complete. But we never receieved any LOA. We kept on asking MPNP for their decision but they never replied.
And then yesterday, we received an email that we are successfully nominated by the province and we need to apply for CIC until May 16, 2016. The problem is that we cannot complete all CIC application before the 16th.

Can we ask for an extension date for that matter? And can we ask MPNP tl resend the hard copy of the LOA?
Hope someone can enlighten us with our situation. God bless.

Yes, you can ask MPNP to extend expiration of your nomination. Clearly cite the reason(s).

I have seen some applicants who successfully had their nominations extended by the MPNP.

Thanks for responding to my query znarfier. I didn't know you stayed in other countries for more than 6 months. So that was the reason. I just hope they don't require us to resubmit our PCC (nbi clearance). Hope you can get your ppr soon! Good luck!

Hi ianoid_82 , opo. Yong PCC kasi sa Qatar 3.5 months kong inintay. I was just lucky that it arrived the same week when I received the MR.

Hi all!

Here's one way to check the status of your CIC application.

1. Go to this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp

2. Click (Continue GCKey) blue tab ---- this is the one i used.

3. Sign Up

4. Select (Link the existing account)

5. Enter all required info

6. For English Test detail, use the following if you don't have the info handy:

Test: None
Test ID: 000
Test Date: CIC application received date

(for few it works but not for all)

Thanks Znarfier. Another problem we have is that our sponsor has not received the LOA. Then MPNP told us they already sent it last Nov. Have you heard of a situation whereib they resend the LOA?

Anyhow, check the spam/junk folder in the email account which you provided to MPNP from November 15, 2015.

Hello po. We've been reading this forum for a year now, pero ngayon lang nagregister ;D very helpful talaga reading through all the threads.

Nasa 530+ yung points namin and naghihintay kami bumaba yun kaya hindi pa kami nagsubmit ng EOI, pero pagkacheck ko kanina 569 na yung lowest score.

baka meron ka input or ideas kung bakit bigla ulit tumaas yung lowest ranking score. continous naman yung submission sa eoi so kahit mababa na ung lowest score pag mataas yung score nung kaka submit pa
lang for sure magkaka laa na siya. nag reset ba sila kc naka 1year na yung eoi? baka meron ka lang input and big help po

I think only the sponsor gets to receive an acknowledgement email. What i did was email mpnp to verify if they got the sp2 and they did replied they have it. After that all you got to do is wait and have all docs at hand..
