Thank you so much Kuya Znafier!
Very helpful! Where can I click Good? I'm looking for it I can't find. ^_^
By the way so you mean if I can't put back right now the required amount of MPNP, it's ok to submit my application but make sure to complete it soon during the process of my application for CIC? Because yeah you're right we'll never know it's better to make sure we're on the right track.
But Kuya what if nga po 100k na lang nasa bank account ko so ok lang na yun ang ilagay ko sa amount of money that I have?
Baka kasi maquestion or magkaron ng problema pag nakita na kulang na yung equivalent of $10k CAD in pesos. Ayoko naman pong mag-lie na ang ilagay pa rin sa amount of my money is same ng pinasa ko sa MPNP dahil baka maging cause of fraud.
Thank you to all forumers here very inspiring & helpful!
God bless Us All!
You're welcomefragileheart!
Nasa left side po nitong comment box, just below my name on the left, under Ratings is <Good> THANKS! ;D
Yes, thats my advise. As you can see in the timelines of everyone, it takes at least 2-3 months after CIC receives your application package before they'll issue the AOR and "start" processing your application.
About your new question, my answer is this... if I am in your shoes, I will write any amount above the MPNP required minimum settlement funds which is CAD 10K + CAD 2K/dependent. Coz if I mention to CIC that its lower than that, I believe that it will cause a red flag if they notice it. CIC, like the MPNP, expects us to have at least the minimum required funds in our bank accounts. But if you dont have a chance to put the funds back to you account, then there's only two possible and risky scenarios left:
1. wait till you have the required funds in your account keeping in mind that your nomination is only valid for 6 months. Though some have requested MPNP to extend its validity (under a very rare circumstance) and have been granted... but what if they'll not accept your reason if you will ask an extension?
2. or you submit your application and mention the minimum required amount in your bank account even if the said amount isnt there at all, anymore. Who knows CIC might not ask you to send an updated SOA. As you know they dont normally request for it.
As ive said, both scenarios are risky, so in the end weigh your options and ask for GOD's guidance.
GOD bless!
