As I leave our home last Tuesday, to attend our 2 days youth camp out of town, I am expectant to receive emails from MPNP when I got back. But to my dismay, as my Yahoo mail windows pops up (It always does when I open the computer, I set it that way automatically. :D ), still no new message.
I thought all my emails were put to trash by MPNP because this morning still no email notifications despite all my inquiries to them last week.
But when I open my messages, I noticed that I have a spam message and when I opened it. Whaallaaa...

The message states:

Good morning :

Please be advised that the results (original paperwork) to your MPNP application were mailed to you on May 3, 2013. If you have not received this envelope within 4-5 weeks, we would be happy to help your out at that time. Thank you and good luck.

Well I need to wait some few more days but at least I know now when should I expect it to come. It is now May 9, six days have passed 3-4 weeks more. :)
Blessed God for all the happenings to our lives. He is faithful all the time... :)

Good news is on the way. Get prepared, it is your LOA ;D ;D ;D

hi meri3ann3, all,

do the sponsor always being notified for the LOA? or it is directly sent to the applicant through mail?
im worried because i am going abroad (work related) for 7 days. i am expecting to receive my LOA anytime now. if they deliver the letter without me, are they going to return it back to sender? this is the reason why it is very important for me to know if there are other ways for me to know if i already have the LOA? thanks

It will be delivered to the mailing address mentioned in your application. Since it is a regular mail, it will just be dropped at the address I want to believe. So hopefully when you are back you will surely find it.

Please help my with application to CIO! There are 2 questions yet:

1)The Guide says to "Place the barcode pages on the top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you will submit it."
However, after validating my Generic Application Form there are eight barcodes at one page and two barcodes at the last page where I have to put my signature.
So which page do I hate to place on top of my application???

2) If my national identity card doesn't have expiry date what date to put on the field provided??? Leave it blank??

yello

thank God we keep hearing goodnews about LOA... in this forum, i cant wait to have mine in my hands ;D

What I did, the topmost is the original LOA, then the barcodes, followed by the Document Checklist, and the rest follows (forms & supporting documents).

2) If my national identity card doesn't have expiry date what date to put on the field provided??? Leave it blank??
May I know your country of residence?

In my opinion, it is better for you to get married to can include her in your PR application. Like what I posted before, that happened to my 2 cousins and they left the country with their partners going to Manitoba.

Possibly, they may require for COE & educational documents. In your application, they will ask for your bank statement and bank cert to prove that you have at least 12000 CAD in your account. 10k for principal applicant and 2k for your new dependant.

Hi House
In my case its been more than 70 days today. CIO received my file on 1st MAr 2013 and after that there is no news of AOR :(

If something is wrong with my file and they return my file and then i need to submit file again but LOA expiry is 6th July 2013.
So e.g. i am re-submitting my file on 25th May 2013 and meanwhile my LOA expire during they review my file will that affect me?

I am worried for this as i just got this idea in morning and thought to share with you so might someone also get benefited.

Hope all goes well in my case.....as files are being processed too slow compare to Jan-Feb 2013.

Regards

Ukraine is my country of residence.
The thing is that here in Ukraine the national passport has no expiry date. However, at the age of 25 and 45 one has to add a new photo of himself to the passport, there are special spaces provided. If, for example, one reached the age of 25 and didn't place a new photo, the passport is not valid until he or she places the new photo.

Hi RAC! You mean you try to change your mailing address that's why they send you that email? I dont remember what address i put as my mailing address. Do you have any idea on how i can check it? Thanks so much..

Yes, I just wanted to change my mailing address. But before that I got the chance to chat tweety and she had informed me that she has made the same. She emailed MPNP to change her mailing address but just like me the MPNP already sent the decision. And because of that she was able to know the status of her application. So it could be used as a technique for us to know the status of our application, that is if you are willing to change your mailing address (MA) because if not you are in trouble if they have not yet sent your decision letter because they will send it to your new MA.
Did you apply online? If yes, did you print the application report (the one that you were asked to be viewed before you finally click the submit button when you're done with your online application) or at least saved it in your computer? If yes, then can see it there. :)
