It's faster if the mailing address is your sponsor's address in Manitoba, based from my application my sponsor got interviewed april 10 and they received the LOA April 19, and the sent it to me afterwards and it took 3 days to get here in MAnila. 13days in total...

Yes you need to include latest bank statement of last 3 months.

Please.....this is not the first time that you offered this wrong information. There is NO NEED to include BANK STATEMENT in CIC application as this is NOT INCLUDED in the document checklist. As written on IMM5690E and I quote... "Do not send any additional documents when submitting your application to the CIO". Your intention to help newbies is HIGHLY APPRECIATED but one should verify advices as this can lead to unfavourable result in the end.

The subject is about the requirement of including bank statement in CIC application and not MPNP application. CIO is so meticulous even with the arrangement of the documents you will submit (i.e. place barcode page on top, sign forms, clip photos, etc.). If over-payment of fees can be a ground for a returned application, inclusion of unnecessary supporting documents can also be a reason.

Once nominated by Manitoba it is given that we were already pre-assessed that's why most of the documents were eliminated in our application to CIO. But they may still ask for those anytime during our application.

In my case its been more than 70 days today. CIO received my file on 1st MAr 2013 and after that there is no news of AOR

If something is wrong with my file and they return my file and then i need to submit file again but LOA expiry is 6th July 2013.
So e.g. i am re-submitting my file on 25th May 2013 and meanwhile my LOA expire during they review my file will that affect me?

I am worried for this as i just got this idea in morning and thought to share with you so might someone also get benefited.

Hope all goes well in my case.....as files are being processed too slow compare to Jan-Feb 2013.

There is no need to worry about that. As much as your file was submitted before expiry date, you are fine evn if before you receive AOR, the LOA expires in the custody of CIO.
