Thanks for update my status in tracksheet aand see now a days Visa Offices also taking so much time to process the application after Approval. I have seen at another thread people are frustrating from Visa Offices.

i am a new member and am trying to apply for MPNP but i dont know much about the process. i want to apply under general stream because i have friends in Manitoba. what is AOR, LOA, PP and PPR?
must the total 10,000CAd be in my account as at the time of printing my account statement
please show me a sample of the settlement plan
what is the timeline like for applications from Nigeria

You are welcome to this thread. It is important you have the minimum balance in your account when applying otherwise you risk being denied nomination based on insufficient proof of funds (POF)

On the issue of time-line for Naija, it takes around 6-9 months for processing from Accra Visa Office. I applied under strategic initiative stream so really dont know much about this settlement plan thing. I guess someone will help with your question on settlement plan.

Dear,

You are welcome on this forum, but dear it would be really appreaciated if you have done atleast very basic reserch on this.

As an example just a basic search on google "Aor means what " will give you the answer.

Please check page #5 on the same thread for the definations of all short words.

Dear Pharmaceutist,

Can you kindly paste the link of your forum or appreciate if you can post some updates from your forum specifically for MPNP general and family stream which have applied during 2012.

Like how many of them got AOR or LOA, the last one who got AOR under these stream applied when.

I am asking this because that from almost last two weeks there are no update from any member regarding AOR or LOA.

Based on your list the last applicant under general stream applied on 20 dec 2011 and got LOA on 10 June 2012.

By the way why there are so many applicant under strategic initiative stream ? How you are doing it ? Is it is easy to apply?

We mostly go to overseas missions of MPNP. It is the only chance for one who got no connection to Canada, i.e. job offer or relatives. You can see interview locations - Berlin, Paris, Brussel. Recruitment mission has just ended in Kyiv, Ukrane, for those who come from exUSSR. MPNP started to allow to ask them for exploratory visit to Manitoba since new year. They proposed to go through another stream answering such requests earlier.
The door to Manitoba opened a bit wider.

THANK GOD!!! My sponsor received an acceptance letter with file number from MPNP dated June 15, 2012. She said that I will be receiving the letter soon. She only has the copy furnish. According to her there is no additional documents required. I will confirm it once I got the letter.
