Yes, but there is no average. It is two different streams - general and strategic. Strategic is much faster and has its deadlines, 3 months for online application and 6 for paper. It`s all about Manitoba PNP of course. General includes study, job, family, friends, etc. and is much longer and...

If it is MPNP application just register by some useless email adress and fill but don`t submit. When you become familiar with the process then register by reliable email and fill and submit. There a lot of help and hints on site. You need only scanner. Good luck!
