From experience VO do not request for POF again except there is something dodgy in your proof. All the bestPharmaceutist said:1. Yes you do.
2. Nope. Wait till VO request for it or not before MR.
That's good to know. At least the sponsor will be notified (and the applicant as well). Some of the people I know never received any confirmation from MPNP yet the document reached their office. Thanks for the infoeverstranger35 said:Hi Carl, as per my case, my brother submitted his Settlement Plan 2 and he received email from MPNP acknowledging receipt of the same. He even forward me the letter from MPNP.
Hi Rose. As per the CIO checklist (version Jan 2012), copies of documents don't need to be notarized. A lot of forum members did not notarize their documents and they were accepted by CIO. There's no harm if you will have them notarized. In my case, some of my documents were notarized previously (2011, but not really intended for CIO) and some were not. There is nothing in the checklist that says copies must be notarized. Unless there is a more recent version of the checklist that says copies must be notarized.rose0206 said:Hi Carl and all,
I am in the process of gathering all the documents after receiving the LOA, my question is, do i still need to notarize the photocopies of passports and other docs per checklist?Do I need to also send the proof of funds though it's not included in the checklist? Please advise
thank you.
Oh... I have to apologise for my hasty conclusion. I remember now that one guy really did not notarize copies and got his PR visa. Everyone I know exept him notarized, so I tell... :-Xcarl zeiss said:A lot of forum members did not notarize their documents and they were accepted by CIO.
You may likewise pay for your rprf together with your pf. But the problem with this is the fee payment form provided by cic is just for pf. In my case I did not pay for rprf yet and I used my credit card. Some forum members used the same form but modified it in some way so that it will indicate that the second form is for rprf.rose0206 said:thanks Carl & all for clearing these out.another question,do i need to pay now d rprf?if yes, bank draft should be separated from processing fee, please enlighten me on this
Hi, we will be submitting our documents next week. I ask our relative in Winnipeg and they told us its ok not to take the ielts exam since the effectivity for ielts requirement will be thos submitting July 1. Do we really have to take the ielts exam. And also, the one sponsoring us is my husbands second cousin, do we still qualify under the family stream? Please shed us light on this. Personally, i have sent 1 draft cheque for PF and RPRF and it has been encashed by CIO.carl zeiss said:You may likewise pay for your rprf together with your pf. I am not sure if you need to provide 2 separate bank drafts. I would like to think that you can just provide 1 with the total amount. However, maybe other forum members who used bank draft can share their experience.
