We picked up our visa package earlier today due to an error in our contact details.
Its actually ready to deliver on nov. 28 but dhl texted the wrong number and there was no reply.
So they put it on hold and fortunately my husband called the dhl office yesterday, that's how we found out what happen and ask us our preferred arrangement.

So if after a week or two after DM change in ecas and no visa yet, feel free to contact the dhl. there's no harm in asking ;D

Hi Good Day. I applied for FSWP last May 2013 but unfortunately my application was returned due to cap reached. I would like to apply for a Provincial Nominee Manitoba. However, it requires a connection from someone living there to endorse your settlement plan. I don't have connection in that province. Can you help me refer someone who would endorse my settlement plan. All my papers are complete already except for this. Appreciate your assistance. Thanks.

UPDATE on my end: received MR today, 6 December 2013, 35 days after AOR.

Question: I just had surgery yesterday (only laparoscopy), am I okay to take a medical exam 10 days after?

Til now i dont have any update, still waiting.

Is there a way for me to know the status of my application? Like an email ad where we can send inquiry?

You will receive an email from CIC with UCI number, which will allow you to see the status of your application.

Please be patient, it usually take up to 35-40 days lately.

last update that i have known was, oct30 applicants received already their cio-aor,

my application was received by cio last nov 1, still waiting for good news.. hopefully this coming week will come.
