Hi Kidlat...FYI, ADVO recently issued MR to an applicant whose AOR is dated March 27, 2013. I was just thinking that if in my case, they grant the transfer today and it would take 8 weeks for them to transfer to CEM the paper file ... and CEM will take 4 weeks to issue an MR, I project that I will receive MR much faster if my file remains with ADVO. My AOR-CIO is dated April 29, 2013... this waiting absolutely gets your head spinning and your wits tumbling!!! ;D

we can't predict the visa office is doing! every applicant is different..but my cousin with application in ADVO her AOR from CIO was dated March 8, 2013 but till now she's not receiving any update yet..

yes its true, when ADVO granted ur request you need to wait for 8 weeks (2 mos) & CEM usually after receiving the file takes 1 month before issuing MR if they dont need any additional docs.

all we can do is pray and have patience in waiting..if u requested already all u can do is wait for approval..otherwise u need to wait for ADVO to send u MR.. just think everything happens in God's will and everything will happen in right time..

Hi JaneSmith! Should i just attached a small paper/note indicating my uci/application number? Or should i write it at the back of the manager's check? I have my rprf in peso coz my bank do not issue bank draft in cad.

Hi Kidlat,

No form for rprf payment. Just prepare a bank draft/mc for the amount of rprf you need to pay, check link below for details.

I personally drop my payment in their drop box at basement 4 of rcbc tower because its very near on my workplace.

You can choose to send it thru courier any courier will do.
