Is it better to pay in dollars or in peso?
What's the best form of payment (bank draft, certified check, postal money order,manager's check)?
Send it thru carrier or drop it in their drop box?

Hi! Congrats!!! I just went to the bank to have the bank draft prepared for the RPRF.
I cannot proceed to my Medical since Laguna (my place) and Manila (where mediacl should be done)were devastated by the typhoon. I received the MR last Aug 14. Anyway, here's the link if ever you will go for SLEC to have your Med done.

I go for bank draft (490CAD). It's advisable to pay in dollars because of the fluctuation issue. Total amount debited from my account is Php21, 571.87 including the charges. I will have it dropped in their drop box. Do not forget to attach your UCI/application number when sending.

it seems in demand draft to avoid dollar and peso fluctuation.

No they dont. It is expected that the passport you submit has at least since month validity to expiry date.
