Hi Guys
Sad news for me. I was waiting for AOR and today i just got a call from my bro that whole file is returned from CIO. Right now I am in office and will check why they have returned my file. I am really in big tension. I am eager to go home after my office hours to see the reason. Wish me luck guys. Moreover my LOA will expire on 4th July 2013, so it is big question for me that what will be next.

That's VERY SAD news Dipan! Post all your queries while preparing the NEW application package and ALL senior members of this thread will help you out. If you have any doubts while filling-up forms/ attaching supporting docs, POST IT and we'll clarify it for you. Don't panic you have a lot of time. I bet, you can be ready to resubmit in a week's time! In the meantime change your emoticons to these ... it will somehow help!

I really need your suggestions for this. They said only that IMM5669 form is missing for principal applications and spouse. They said only this. So i need to fill out form this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5669E.pdf. In this i am finding difficult to fill out "Name of Institution" , "City and Country" as they are long in India. Moreover what should i write in "field of study" column. Is it like Maths, Science and Information Technology?

Moreover today is 18th May 2013 and i am planning to send on 20th May 2013. My LOA will expire on 4th July 2013. So far they are taking 45-60 days for AOR. So what will be in my case if my LOA will expire during this time ?

Guys I appreciate your all response for this. I need your suggestion. Please help me out.

oo nga eh, parang tingin ko isang tao lang ang nag tatrabaho sa mga backlogs ng GS. :'(, kumbaga yung manpower nila 1% lang the rest nasa new system na nila.

First, no problem with the expiry of your LOA as you have already initially submitted your CIO application before its expiry.

Regarding IMM5669, make the exactly same table in a separate sheet (use Excel) complete with the heading and other details (i.e. exact replica of item 7. Education). In the original form write "Refer to attached additional sheet. Allocated space is not enough for entry of complete details". Field of Study... for ex. secondary education, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, etc.

I work at our Municipal office and the post office (PO) is just few meters aways from ours. Just this morning someone from PO informed me that I have a letter from Canada. So, with a throbbing heart, I hurriedly went to the PO. And to add to my "undefined" feeling, as to what the content of the letter is, the Post man took some time finding my letter. It was too early and he was not yet done sorting the letters. But finally after some time and being informed that the letter was from Canada he finally remembered where he had placed it.
When I saw the letter envelope, a small one, it made me feel nervous for I was with my friend when she recieved her's (LOA) last year and it was in a big envelope. As I walked back to my office, I prayed to God for the content. I know God's word to me and it's clear... He will never leave me and he will be with me all the way whether I will be in Canada or not.
It took me some time to really open the letter. I don't know why. I am nervous. Maybe that is the reason why God sent a friend to help open the letter. After that long minute of opening the envelope I finally saw the letter and it state :
Letter of approval. And after reading those words I let my friend read the whole letter for I have read what I wanted to - the DECISION.
THANK GOD. To him all the glory through CHRIST JESUS....
(And to my surprise this message is too long and ir just the LOA what more if I received my PP w/ visa on it? hahaha )

To him alone all glory be. I had the same experience too, as I changed my mailing address from my residence to my office address and my office is less than 2 minutes walk.

When I got the letter it was just a brown evelope so many things were going in my head, but I bless God it was my LOA.

hi,

pls update my timeline my visa office is not manila it's abu dhabi. mostly if the visa office is manila you will receive medical request 1 month after you receive acknowledgement from CIO. For me its been 2 mos already so i tried to email manila VO to asked them. i told them maybe they sent already and i didnt receive thru email or post office misplaced or lost it.
manila VO replied they are not the one processing my application its abu dhabi VO.

anybody who can give me idea how many mos before they send MR? i been waiting more than 2 mos already

I feel your pain but there is still hope with your LOA still have about 2 months to expiry date.

One advice is that review the reasons for the return of the application, pay your application and RPRF online just like ad123164 did and ask as many questions as possible in the forum and submit quicky.

You are fine inasmuch as when you submitted your application your LOA hadnt expired.

Maybe you are right as it not fair on GS applicant that theirs is processed so slowly.

I have a friend sponsoring his brother. He filed his brother application in December and he was interviewed a week and so few days ago, while som GS have not even received AOR.
