ohh...i'm sorry for the confusion kurt and emperor are right. I have not read the new update. I base it on my application. I also applied under general stream. I submitted my documents August of last year thru our sponsor. I never got AOR, then our sponsor was interviewed last Feb. And finallly got LOA.

It is okay dinahmae, we are all here to supplement info. :D

This rule has been in existence for a while. It is not new, probably your sponsor wasnt aware of it.

Hello Guys, just want to ask if you have heard about the cap of 5000 for PNP's. How do you think this will impact the new applicants.

Thanks!

Manitoba Support

Settlement Plan Part 2 endorsed by a Manitoba Supporter – a friend or relative who can demonstrate with submitted documents that he or she is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident economically established in Manitoba and has been living in Manitoba continuously for at least one year.

If your Manitoba Supporter is a close relative you must also submit proof of the relationship, ex: birth and/or marriage certificates.

(With Settlement Plan Part 2 all Manitoba Supporters must provide proof of residence and establishment in Manitoba such as copy of permanent resident card, copy of both sides of Manitoba Health Card, etc.)

December last year, I inquired about my brother's plan of MPNP application:

Dear XXXXXXXX,

Only one person is required to endorse a settlement plan.

Regards,
Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

Question : Good day!

My brother is planning to apply under General Stream. Would he still need two sponsors to sign the Settlement Plan 2? Or only one sponsor is enough?

Thank you very much.

Dear friends,

One of my friends is interested to settle in Canada. He is working with merchant Navy. he has 3 years of work experience...
please suggest me what path should he follow to get Canadian PR.
1) will he be eligible for MPNP?
2) Can he apply to other province?
3) Will his professional category be presnt in new May(modified applicant) list?
4) Or is their any other way.......

Hope someone will be having his friend in Merchant Navy similar to mine and settled in canada.

Your suggestions will be appreciated.

The new regulation will not afffect your CIC application. I just hope that you enclosed a copy of your IELTS in your CIC application. Otherwise, your application package will be returned.

Thanks ad123164. How they are handling shown experience inquiry? Is it by phone or by visiting the office?
Thanks dear.

never lose hope, God is with us... to reduce the anxiety and frustration... just count the number of sheep's before you sleep to divert your mind in other things. ;D

Lets just pray that good news will come to us after this week, as where they just implemented the new scheme and maybe we must give them enough time.

Well as you know that we need to show our job experience in MPNP file. So my question is that for this experience how immigration officer will inquire/check whether this is genuine or not like will they do telephonic inquiry or the do come at applicant's office address?

What are the questions they ask in this kind of inquiry?
