Hi guys... This question is for those who got their LOA already.what type of information LOA have? LOA is a simple letter like AOR Or type of certificate? Mpnp will send LOA to only applicant or to both? Bcoz as in my case me and my sponsor both got AOR copies. Another question is, After LOA, mpnp sent back our all documents to applicants or not. Because I submitt my original ielts and experience certificates to mpnp. Please explain it guys. I will be highly thankful to you

LOA is a sort of certificate which contains all the information regarding ur approval by the MPNP. In my case, they sent it to me only, not my sponsor. A copy of the same is sent to the CIO by MPNP.
And MPNP office doesn't return any documents back to the applicant. Why did u submit the original IELTS trf to MPNP? U should have submitted only a xerox copy.
Now, u can only sent an e-mail to MPNP requesting them to return ur original IELTS TRF.

The new regulation will not afffect your CIC application. I just hope that you enclosed a copy of your IELTS in your CIC application. Otherwise, your application package will be returned.

Most of your questions are answered already by Victory123. I hope that at least you have kept a COPY of your IELTS result because you need to include the same in your application package to CIC.

No need to email MPNP regarding sending a copy of LOA to CIC. It is a Standard Operating Procedure for MPNP to send a copy to CIC. That is the primary purpose of MPNP... to nominate to CIC the qualified applicants for permanent residency.

Hi Emperor and everyone
I have sent file on 22 feb 2013 by mail to CIC (Nova Scotia). They received on 1st March 2013. Its been a month my Bank Draft has not been en cashed. When can I expect that my Bank Draft will be en cahsed? Also when can i get AOR? I am little worried but yet i didnt get any response from them.

Will my application get affected by this revised point system or this is for new application only?

Also for First Language according to above link how can i calculate CLB for me as i got 6.5 bands in IELTS?

It took 54 days after submission before I received AOR, but as ad123164 mentioned you should expect it around April 10 but I would say worst case ssituation should be by month end of April 2013.

With regard to your IELTS, try to contact your testing center (IDP or British Council) to provide a duplicate of your result. I have done that here in Manila and they have provided me one. ;D. Yes, we are allowed to request a copy up to 4 copies, if am not mistaken.

That member might not be updated. You only need 1 sponsor. Try to check immigratemanitoba.com. BTW, new rules will apply starting this April.

ohh...i'm sorry for the confusion kurt and emperor are right. I have not read the new update. I base it on my application. I also applied under general stream. I submitted my documents August of last year thru our sponsor. I never got AOR, then our sponsor was interviewed last Feb. And finallly got LOA.
