Hello, my sponsor was also interviewed. November 24 around 5AM our time that is November 23 Canada date.

The interviewee asked a lot of questions, He asked a lot of basic info, some my sponsor weren't able to answer. He also asked why I chose MB when I also have relatives in ON and AB.

After the interview my sponsor asked when they will come up with a decision the interviewee said he don't know...

I am a bit worried now...but I know I have to accept whatever the decision is. It just feels a bit awful since I am dependent with the decision on my next plans at work and in life .

Anyway my timeline again:

How long does it normally take for a decision to be made by MPNP after the interview?
I wonder what the chances are for me to be denied hehe, cause all my docs are good. My sponsor is my first cousin in MB and also have other first cousins in other provinces in CA. But I explained on SP1 why I chose MB. And during the interview my sponsor also explained why she and I chose MB. I am really planning to stay in MB if I get there and I plan to get my sister as well

hello armitaf.. good to hear that ur sponsor was finally interviewed. dont worry because of what happened. let us hope for the best and pray that it will result to a positive outcome.. God is good remember.. and all the hardwork we do will pay off in due time. cheer up.. dont fret. ur LOA will be on its way too.

Jan 19. - Application drop to MPNP office by my sponsor
May 30 - AOR Recieved
Sept. 13 - Sponsor Interview (Only 1 sponsor was interviewed, the usual Q&A)
Oct. 08 - Received LOA dated Sept. 17
Oct. 15 - Forward Application to CIO - CIC
Oct. 19 - Application Received by CIC
Nov. 24 - PF charge to my CC
Waiting for AOR from CIC

Maybe you meant "interviewer" instead of interviewee? bit confused, anyway, interview is one thing in the application process..interviewer or immigration officer will take a look on your qualifications or eligibility in general, thus all aspects will be considered, so don't lose hope! pray to God that He will give the desires of your heart. Does cic asked for proof of funds even with loa already and do they still request for ielts?

Good day to all... My sponsor was also interviewed on Nov. 21.

Questions include:
1. names of applicant's dependents and parents
2. current employment status of both applicant and applicant's spouse
3. current residence of applicant and applicant's dependents
4. educational background (high school and college) of applicant
5. how will sponsor help applicant settle in Canada
6. are there any other relative living in Canada
7. accommodation status of sponsor
8. sponsor's postal address
etc.

Hi i have some question. I already submitted my Application in general stream this august 20,2012
Using the new application form sp1 & sp2.. My question is.. Is that ok that i submit the 2 settlemt plan part 2?
Because that time i dont know that only one friend is needed to new application.
Im confused because my 2 close friends has a different kinds of support. Like my sponsor A is for transfortation support And sponsor B is house support. Etc.
