Hello Everyone,


I would like to ask something, if an applicant under GS receives their LOA, is it included there or specified a request letter for additional documents? or the MPNP will send you a letter regarding additional documents in a matter of time?

Not anymore as decision letter of MPNP is the outcome/result of the application process.

AOR from MPNP is usually the time for requesting additional documents but they may still ask within the processing period until they come up with the decision.

Hi i have some question. I already submitted my Application in general stream this august 20,2012
Using the new application form sp1 & sp2.. My question is.. Is that ok that i submit the 2 settlemt plan part 2?
Because that time i dont know that only one friend is needed to new application.
Im confused because my 2 close friends has a different kinds of support. Like my sponsor A is for transfortation support And sponsor B is house support. Etc.

I am a dentist and want to apply under MPNP program under General stream.
I request all the members to help me in understanding the MPNP program better.

I want to know whether my profession (Dentist NOC category 3113), which is regulated and require license to practice in Manitoba, is eligible for MPNP program? I mean since it will take at least 3 years before I can start working as Dentist in Canada, as I will have to pass the required exams and attend the university for 2 years .Are there any chances that my nomination is not approved by Manitoba authorities?

Before, MPNP listed jobs that are restricted to apply in the program, one of it is my profession, Nurse. As far as I know, most of those jobs are regulated but now everybody can apply. As long as you meet the criteria they set for the assessment then don't worry, you will have a big chance to be nominated.

Start reading the MPNP site to fully understand the program and apply soon. We can never tell until when this program will end.

Hi! Don't worry much, any profession is eligible under the program as long as you can comply with the requirements set forth. I believe being a dentist would rather be an advantage on your part. My profession is also regulated by the way. I am waiting for our LOA to come, so let's wait and see if they will let me through. Best of luck to you!

I'm Indian residing in UK on work permit. I have 9 months pending in my work permit. I want to apply for MNPN. I want to know following questions..

1. Can I apply from UK? If yes, up to what time..I mean how many months before expiring my residancy status in UK. or is it better to apply from India?
2. For Settlement fund how much should I need to kept in my account.

Hello

There are different streams for MPNP, the Priority streams (Family Stream, Strategic Initiative Stream, Employer Direct Stream...) and the General Stream.

For Priority Stream:
1. You can apply online which is faster than mail application.
2. You can apply anywhere as long as you are legal to reside in that country.
3. The remaining 9 months of your permit in UK is not enough for the whole process. It will take 1 1/2 years, from MPNP application to visa application.
4. Settlement fund is 10,000 canadian dollars for the principal applicant plus $2000 to every dependant. You must show bank statement/history for the last 6 months.

For General Stream:
1. Mail application only.
2. You can apply anywhere as long as you are legal to reside in that country.
2. The whole process takes almost 2 years.
3. Amount of settlement fund is the same but only needs 3 months bank statement.

Dont know what happen to my application ............ sponsor interviewed on 12-oct-12. after that no information ...........

my sponsor also called MPNP, they said that its under process........dont know how much time mpnp ll take for their design.....

really depressed ....... what can i do........nothing...

Every application is different. Just have faith that your LOA will come soon.

My apology for unable to respond to your message due to work load, However just want to share my blessed time line:

MPNP (General Stream)
Jan 19. - Application drop to MPNP office by my sponsor
May 30 - AOR Recieved
Sept. 13 - Sponsor Interview (Only 1 sponsor was interviewed, the usual Q&A)
Oct. 08 - Received LOA dated Sept. 17
Oct. 15 - Forward Application to CIO - CIC
Oct. 19 - Application Received by CIC
Nov. 24 - PF charge to my CC
Waiting for AOR from CIC

For those who are waiting for thier MPNP LOA, PRAYER is very powerful. Focus on your goals and put all the rest to God and your wish will be granted. Have a blessed day to all!

Good day to all... My sponsor was also interviewed on Nov. 21.

Questions include:
1. names of applicant's dependents and parents
2. current employment status of both applicant and applicant's spouse
3. current residence of applicant and applicant's dependents
4. educational background (high school and college) of applicant
5. how will sponsor help applicant settle in Canada
6. are there any other relative living in Canada
7. accommodation status of sponsor
8. sponsor's postal address
etc.

Hello Since you submitted your application already, we can not do anything now but to wait for their assessment or you may email them to simply ask the question. Probably you will receive the AOR this decemebr or january next year.

How did you submit your application, is it by mail or your sponsor submitted it directly to the MPNP Office?

Is bec. Of zero adaptability. My signatory did now answer
All the question clearly bec. She's at work the time that she interview.

You re-applied because you believe that you will get it this time. I know where you are coming from, you are afraid that refusal may happen again but this is another chance. Your application before is different from your present.

You can not do anything that happened in the past but you can do things in the present. Pray harder, have faith in God. If it is meant for you then it will happen, no matter what.

There are other applicants that was refused the first time they applied but they got it the second time.
