Hi All,

Me and my common law partner are planning to file for MPNP under the general stream, just a quick question, do we need to include proof of our relationship on our application or do we do that when we get our nomination and applying for PR visa through CIC. Hope my question will be answered. Thanks and Good Luck to al of us!

A requirement for common-law-partner is you should be together for at least one year. I believe that you also need to provide proofs of your relationship.

The principal applicant is highly recommended to provide IELTS even if the NOC Level falls under C or D.

Hi,

Just want to update my timeline I'm here in Dubai I just received my AOR (File Number) yesterday November 6, 2012 dated October 29, 2012..But its indicated in the letter that I have missing doc MAPP Page 3 that I can submit till January 29, 2013..I already submitted through email the requested doc yesterday Nov 6..Just to make it sure I sent also a copy to my auntie and she's going to drop it today in the MPNP office..

Thank you Tweety05! I really appreciate your reply! Dang! That's too slow. Anyway, we can't do anything but wait. . I hope by next year the process will be faster since CIC is aiming for better and expedited immigration not only for Federal Skilled (which am very upset). BTW, you can add me in the tracker. I've seen it but I don't know how to put my name. What stage are you in? Thanks.

Hi, were u hoping to have your LOA sent to your sponsor, then courier the LOA pack to you? I am not sure that would be that much quicker? I have my CIC application ready to go, just need the letter and the stickers. My goal is to have my CIC application sent the same day i recieve my LOA here in the UK My advice is to get your cic application ready then your good to go when your LOA arrives.

Yes, because it will definitely save much time than to send it here in the Philippines. But now, it doesn't really matter as long as I will get LOA. I am almost done with the requirements needed for CIC application because I am also planning to submit the complete application to CIO-NS, same day as I get my LOA. Anyway, thanks for your advice.

Response: I received the confirmation that they received my application on the same day, then the following day, I received the file number.

Response: They requested the last 3 months bank statement for each of the bank account I indicated in my application, I sent the requested bank statement on October 19, 2012. My deadline was October 22, 2012.

This is a very good idea! Never thought of it ;D I am also waiting for our LOA to arrive. Where can i find the forms needed for the CIC application? I am clueless. Thanks much!

MAPP form in not available in fillable form so print and fill by hand............

Hi! Commonly, how long does it take to receive Bank Certificate & Account Statement from your Bank? BPI takes 1 month. Is this information accurate?
