I submitted my online application under FS last June 27 , the AOR I received via email at June 28. How did you received your AOR? Is it via email or snail mail?

i got this link...and check all the criteria. but brother i am really depressed to see that one person can only sponsor one applicant on one time of any steam.because i have only one friend in manitoba and he already sponsored his cousin. so is there any other aspect for me..please reply bro.i am totally sad.

@ vsidhus: aside from what Tweety05 has mentioned, you may also need to monitor their website for MPNP recruitment mission. You'll never know, your country might be their next destination...btw, this recruitment mission is also under Strategic Initiative...

Indeed, I felt so relieved when my sister-in-law informed me that she was called by an immigration already. At least we know they are studying our application. Thanks God

Oh maybe because you're application was directly sent to MPNP office that's why you got the AOR via snail mail. Yeah no interview yet for my sponsor, but I am glad there are updates for June applicants. Hopeful to hear from MPNP this month or next month

I am single and applied alone (without any dependents since I am not married) , does it make any difference?

Me and my common law partner are planning to file for MPNP under the general stream, just a quick question, do we need to include proof of our relationship on our application or do we do that when we get our nomination and applying for PR visa through CIC. Hope my question will be answered. Thanks and Good Luck to al of us!

Hi,

Just want to update my timeline I'm here in Dubai I just received my AOR (File Number) yesterday November 6, 2012 dated October 29, 2012..But its indicated in the letter that I have missing doc MAPP Page 3 that I can submit till January 29, 2013..I already submitted through email the requested doc yesterday Nov 6..Just to make it sure I sent also a copy to my auntie and she's going to drop it today in the MPNP office..

Hello

Under General Stream, it will take 4-5 months before the release of AOR. You may expect it on Dec or January.

It is actually slower this year compared from the previous years. Before it will only take 6 mos for general stream applicants to get the LOA but now it's 8-10 mos. The processing times I've mentioned are all based from the timelines in our tracking sheet.

I hope by next year the process will be faster since CIC is aiming for better and expedited immigration not only for Federal Skilled (which am very upset). BTW, you can add me in the tracker. I am not 100% sure about this but I think there's no need for the you the show or trace the relationship since it's GS.

The principal applicant should be the one. But for you, you can just request from your school a certification of english as medium for instruction ( I think i jumbled the words ???) something like that.
