Hi everyone! I am planning to submit my MPNP Family Stream Application Online. However, reading through this forum, I have been seeing discussions about SETTLEMENT PLAN and it confused me.

can i submit both SETTLEMENT PLAN PART 1 (APPLICANT) and SETTLEMENT PLAN PART 2 (SPONSOR) at the same time?

Hi OMM! I'm surprised to see you in this thread (MPNP), I am a newbie but I am a silent follower of other threads of FSW Buffalo VO applicants. And I admire you for being there to help others.

Anyway, do you still intend to apply as MPNP?

Can I ask your opinion if I should still apply as MPNP?
Heres my info:
FSW 1
Buffalo VO
Applied to CIO NS: Dec 2010
Per: Mar 2010
E cas: RBVO

Hi Guys,

according to the document check list that needs to submitted, it does not say anything about submitting the proof of funds or any letter from the bank, does that mean we dont have to show settlement funds ? Like how we had to submit the settlement funds and bank letters when we apply for nomination from MPNP? Please advise on the same, also in the new forms and document check list it does not require documents for proof of relationship in Canada either. I am confused as to what documents needs to be sent out now, please advise. Thanks :)

Your situation is just like mine, could you please update about your file status, did you got it approved... If yes please guide how you proceed to apply, i will follow your steps :)

As of December 1, 2011, if you are applying under the Provincial Nominee Program, you must submit your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Once you have gathered all required forms and documents listed in the Document Checklist, send your application to:

Citizenship and Immigration
Provincial Nominee Program
Centralized Intake Office
PO Box 1450
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6K5
Canada

If the CIO determines that your application is complete, it will be sent to the appropriate CIC processing office for processing. The processing office will contact you for further documentation once they are ready to process your application.

If your application does not include all of the documents and forms set out in the checklist, CIC will return it to you. Do not provide documents which are not listed in the checklist.

Note: Applications that were sent prior to December 1, 2011 and that are received on or after this date at the visa office will be processed by the office as long they are complete.

hi esr,

did you follow the new checklist already? I just want to ask something.. about the "Children's Information" part in the checklist. What Proof do I need to submit for the full custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court? Do u have an idea? hope you could help me on this. Thanks.

guys..tanong ko lang...mahigpit ba sila when it comes to settlement funds or show money? alam ko (for a fact) marami sa applicants ang nagamit ng "dummy" funds or hindi naman talaga legitimate na kanila yung funds kung baga pinapasok lang for that purpose...mahigpit ba sila sa verification sa banko? please share your opinions.. tanx
